Cancellation Policy

Participants may cancel their registration up to 7 days before the event start date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Allowed refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Please contact support@spardha.jklu.edu.in for any issues.

Event Cancellation

If Spardha 2026 cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances, all registered participants will receive a full refund.
